My Mock Exams began yesterday with my first paper, Thinking Skills 2. Well, it was tough... most probably because i'm not that good at critical thinking... or perhaps i just can't process the many words in the passage in a short period of time. :P
Today however, was Maths 3 and Chemistry 4. Maths 3 was okay, i did quite well i think. I know i got the first question wrong cause i got confused between ordinates and intervals. It's always like that for the first few questions, i'd be somewhat blur. But as i progress through the paper i get better and better and faster and faster. Chemistry 4 was.. well, all subjective papers are tough. Went quite smoothly at first. Got stuck here and there, left out a few questions. When i reached the Applications part suddenly i heard the lecturer say, '25 more minutes'. I was like oh no, i'm too slow. Gotta speed up! Left 3 questions and some unanswered ones before! So i rushed through Section B without taking much time reading the questions and making wild guesses to the answers. Then i went back to the unanswered questions and made wild wild guesses. The first plausible answer is my answer. No time to think through. Then i was on my last question to completely finish the whole paper. It was one on buffer solution, calculations. I was thinking until i finally got the idea on how to do it then... you know. Times up! O.H.N.O! Well, i put my pen down in defeat and accepted my defeat... though i shouldn't have done that but frantically race to finish it.
Oh well, it has passed. Now i'm studying for my Physics 4 and 5 tomorrow... or should i say today since it's 12.00am. Yes, i'm studying right in front of the computer. Really haven't touched my Physics notes till tonight. Guess i'll have no time to finish studying. So, go i must into the examination without complete preparation. Also, there is Maths 4 Mechanics tomorrow... haven't touched my notes either. Bottom point, i'm DOOMED! Well, plan to finish browsing through my Physics notes then sleep... sleep, very, very important for students. It kind of like 'saves' the information you have learnt in to your 'computer' up in your head. Not sleeping is like your 'computer' shut down all of a sudden and you haven't saved your document... hmmm, my analogy is flawed since nowadays computers can retrieve that lost data. Oh well~
My advice to you, accompany study with sleep. So, goodnight everyone wherever you are. :)
