Tests: Day 4 - A long day

Another day of tests. First up EST. Didn't know what to study so didn't study anything. Turns out that EST is not much of studying. Given a passage, fill in charts, diagrams and tables. Then there was Chinese but i don't take Chinese. Kind of weird cause we were in the class while the other people were taking Chinese. Mod. Maths was ok, moderate. No calculator so i had to make do. Somebody mistakenly took my calculator. Then, had to stay back at school to help out for Founders Day. Lots of work. Ponteng a little. When i went back, only the outer part was done. Not much on the inside. Tomorrow... stay back again. Club meeting, sports practice... haiz... lazy to go sports practice cause have to change from my scout uniform into my PJ clothes. No friends also. Haiz... what to do?

Tests: The 3rd day

Hah... today there's only Chemistry and Add. Maths. Not too hard. Ok. Chemistry got some tricky questions and general knowledge questions. Chemistry... i'll say 'can do'. Add. Maths... one of my favourite subjects. Not bad and challenging. Most important thing is i get to finish it and at least i knew how to do it. Hopefully no mistake... hopefully. Next up, EST and Mod. Maths. Well, one extra subject for those taking Chinese. Hmm... dunno what to study for EST... or is there even anything to study! Mod. Maths... another favourite but not interesting subject. Well looks like tomorrow will not be so stressful... i hope.

New and improved version of my tembaking method

After finishing history test, i had plenty of time to spare. Then i came up with a new version of how to tembak because my old one was not so accurate. I call it the 3 o'clock method cause it looked like a diamond-shaped clock with its hands pointing at 12 and 3.
First on top there is Q, which means question.
Below that leveled to each other is F, fact, L/E, logic/elimination and G, guess.
Then below all that is A, answer.
Make an arrow from Q to F, L/E, and G.
Make an arrow from L/E to G.
Make an arrow from F and G to A.
The usage of this chart is almost the same as the old one except a few minor changes
The reason i combined L with E is because have to use logic and eliminate the illogical or accept the logical and when you eliminate something you've got to use logic. Well, i don't advice anyone to use this, only when you're in desperate need for an answer.
PS: only works for objective questions.

Tests: Day 2

Deemed to be doomed from the very moment i entered day 2. Studied the wrong subject yesterday. Thought it was physics, CHEMISTRY, and history. Well, at least i'll be ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow... should... be a breeze. Physics today was ok except for three questions. Had to tembak. Bio... doom... didn't study at all... asked Ming Soon to brief me on cell organelles. In the end i made it though i guess most of my answers will be wrong. Actually most of the answers for the subjective questions were in the objective paper. At least i could copy . History.... was.... miraculously i knew most of it. Well roughly knew. Thanks to the Discovery Channel, the National Geographic Channel and the History Channel. Wow... first part was thanks to the notes i made. Then Mesopotamia i studied, Mesir thanks to the Educational Channels, Indus... don't know anything cause it isn't a famous tamadun so i didn't bother to read and lastly Hwang Ho... mostly about China, thanks to the Educational Channels too!

Tests! Day 1

Here comes the first series of tests! Started off with the language subjects and P. Moral. BM karangan berpandu, ok, not to say hard and not to say easy as well. Suddenly my mind went blank and i forgot how to write! Then it was P. Moral. Ok at first but then it got harder. Darn... almost got all correct for the first part... i think. Overall i know most of it but i didn't try for the tempat beribadat. Argh... English, unknown words. Read the question saying '...15 colourful adjectives...'. What do you mean by colourful?! Don't know almost all!!! Tembak time. Oh, i forgot about my 'tembak diagram. Anyway... the cloze passage was somewhat easy. Oh noooo.... 3 marks for each question. There goes!

Weekends...

Weekends are like the only days i can rest. Play games especially. It seems like i have not studied for a long time. Well, there's some tests coming, hope i can make it.

Nothing much to talk about. Yesterday night was so nice. So calm and relaxing. Went to church for music practice. After that it rained. The cold and damp atmosphere outside and being in a car makes me feel like it was Christmas. Went to mamak for dinner. Everything around me just looks so amazing and relaxing. The lights around me. Sometimes i just love the rain. Christmas is still far away. Love Christmas.

Valentines Day... don't feel the atmosphere

It's Valentines Day, the 14th of February. Don't see anyone giving gifts to their valentine this year. Well actually I saw Pn. Chung carrying a bouquet of flowers. Got to say this day is so stressful. So much work! Tomorrow lagi banyak. Argh... the drama, so disorganised. Not well planned. Well it's hard to come by a good leader these days. Seems that everybody is getting lazier. The age of lazyness has come! Wonder what would happen tomorrow. Well, i could only hope for the best.

 

Work piled up, work done. Work done, work pile up. Sad... don't get any rest. It repeats. Not so used to this cause in the 'old' days i held no posts. Just an ordinary student with plenty of time to finish all my work. Now, i'm getting lazier and my work is piling up. Bad combination. Hmm... if only i could be part of my old self and part of my new self. Work piles up. School work, scout stuff, CF not much and the class. Especially scout stuff. Lots. Somehow i still manage to cope with it.

 

I feel different now in my studies. It's like i learn, i understand, i forget? No time to revise. All the time used for school work and scout work. Running low on leisure. So far i have not revised any of the subjects. Even if i had the chance to pick up the book and revise i wouldn't last long. I don't admit i'm smart but people say i am. I've not cared much on my studies in primary school. Just enough to do good enough and don't fail. Everything changed in secondary school. Actually, i was supposed to go to DJ but i transferred here cause my brother and sister is in this school. Sometimes i wonder, what would happen to me if i went to DJ.....

Hmm... my blog looks empty. What to do? Too lazy to blog. Wonder how other people blog all day. Anyway just passing by. Nothing to do. Bored. What a holiday. Went back Malacca. It seems that this holiday was longer than I expected. School! Argh! Paradox....
