Studying… hmmm… how do you study? Don’t know why but some people can stay up till early morning to study. It’s like, don’t you need to sleep? Wow, some people are just awesome. How do they do it? Well, i can’t. If i stayed up till like 2a.m., i’d go high… or lose my concentration… and would most probably be a zombie the next morning. Some of my friends can do that… study super duper long. I heard they drink chicken essence or coffee… hmmm… chicken essence… not sure what it is. Coffee? Err… i do drink coffee… kind of like the taste…. but i’m not addicted to it. Unfortunately if i drink coffee, i’d be unable to sleep… therefore i’d be zombie next morning. Another side-effect of coffee to me is, i’d go high! Yes, high. Imagine being high when studying… (imagine). Haha~ it makes studying very interesting. :) After some time… approximately 3 hours, my mood would drop drastically from high to low. Then studying would seem dull. But the next morning… i’d most probably be high again. Yes, i’m weird, am i not? You know, once i drank coffee… err… different brand from my usual one (cause it was cheaper… yes, i buy coffe, i don’t make coffee) i couldn’t sleep at night! It was a horror! A nightmare! I felt like strangling myself so that i would suffocate and faint. Tried to hold my breath till i pass out but it’ll be impossible cause reflex action would kick in and i’d involuntarily breath in… err… it’s to do with science. Haha~ Yeah… almost killed myself then. Well, the only time i drank coffee during this trials was the day before Bio paper 1 and 2. And you know what? I managed to study 7 chapters in one day… and slept at 12a.m… haha~ Okay, back to the point. Studying… actually, exams are not all about studying… experience is important too. Like what i say when i don’t feel like studying, ‘Aiya, i don’t care already lah. Whatever happpens, happens. I’ll leave it to my experience… and my general knowledge.’ :P Rest is also essential. Must sleep lots! Yeah, so why you people don’t sleep?? Sleep is important for your BRAIN to process all that you have studied. Kasihan your brain lah, all that hard work. Gotta give it a rest. Besides, your brain would be tired after you did your exam paper in school. So, you people should really sleep. I feel tired after everyday during the exams… that’s why i sleep a lot in the afternoon… not to say that i sleep late at night. I sleep around 1a.m. The latest i’ve slept during school days is at 2a.m. to 3a.m. and i didn’t sleep late because i was studying… i was doing secretary work. At least that’s a thing of the past now. :) Haha~ Well, what’s with all the endless studying? Studying too much at a time is really not good for you. You might even get sick! Well, some people are just desperate to get straight A’s for SPM… so… does that mean i’m not?? Haha~
Here’s a joke… let’s say you have a 500 page college text book. If you ask a professor, ‘How long would you take to finish reading this book?’ The professor would say, ‘1 month’. If you ask a student taking an exam the next day that same question, the student would reply, ‘1 day’. Get the joke?
