Sports event

Found out what events i will be participating this year. Hurdles and 400m. Well, almost the same as last year. Hurdles again... bad experience last year. Really don't know why they even put me in hurdles. I didn't say anything. Guess it's just because i represented last year. Ooo, last year hurdles was terrible for me. No experience. The hurdle so high. Against athletes again? Oh no! Last year i hurt my ankle because of hurdles... and my foot too. First stepped on some metal thing protruding out of the ground (i was bare-footed). Got a cut. Then doing hurdles was super hard. I managed to finish it but when i reached the last hurdle... the QM suddenly came in front of me and i lost momentum and stopped. Guess he thought it was over already since all the other athletes already finished. I was last. Well, i wanted to finished it so i tried to jump over the last hurdle but i tripped and fell. Twisted my ankle, fell down and the hurdle hit my foot. If i'm not mistaken it was my right foot. Well... that's bad. That's why i came to school the next day with my bandaged ankle last year. Well, i actually wrote it in my blog at June last year. As for 400m, really, have lost my stamina. If it was 2 years ago when i still practiced taekwondo, it'll be much better. But now... i don't exercise so my stamina has gone down. Well, gotta go jog or run to regain my stamina. Planned to do just that during the school holidays but in the end i felt so lazy to do it. Laziness. So in the end i didn't do it. Now, i've gotta do it to regain my stamina. Will jogging 4 days increase my stamina? Maybe, maybe not. Anyhow i still must do some training, right? School today was usual. Nothing or not much interesting stuff though. Only that got free 3 periods. Used up 2 drawing when i was supposed to either do the Civics thing or tuition homework.
