Friday the 13th?

Well, as you may know, it's Friday the 13th today. Superstitious? Supposedly a day of bad luck. I've watched the explanation of this Friday the 13th but i forgot why it's actually supposedly a bad day. Today the class was miraculously quiet during the free period. Well, since i'm talking about luck i shall say some facts about it. Did you know that a black cat in England is considered as good luck? But for here it's not. I read that from a manga and confirmed it during an English lesson at school. Besides black cats, there's also the four-leaf-clover. It seems that it brings good luck. It's actually just a defect in its growth that makes it have an extra clover. By right the extra clover should be smaller than the other clovers. Oh yeah, i received a card from Sunway College last year as PMR approached. It says, 'to wish you all the luck in the world for your examination!'. Then behind the card was some pictures and descriptions of different lucky charms from across the globe. The Abyssinian Wish Box, The Horn of Shomar, The Quinnox, Lucky Number 7, Yarobi Luck Ring and Cleopatra's Wheel. Interesting... didn't know there were so many. I'm still keeping it though. Besides all that there is the number 8, which is supposedly lucky. But i heard somewhere that says that is is lucky and unlucky at the same time. Number 8 at its side means a chain of events, just like the happenings in China recently. Hmm... what else... well, now bad luck. It seems that braking a mirror, walking under a ladder and what i said just now, a black cat crossing your path means bad luck. Oh yeah, number 4 also seems to mean bad luck and number 4 (i think), it seems that it's good luck cause it sounds like 'dapat' in Malay. Means get a lot of money. Well, there will be an endless list of good luck charms and bad luck stuff if i go on so i'm just gonna stop here. Don't be too superstitious though.
